このプロジェクトでは、墨田区京島のキラキラ橘商店街にて2017年12月までコッペパン屋兼住居として使用されていた空き家のリノベーションを行います。
それに向けて2月24日、大正時代に建てられた古い建物を１日がかりで片付けました。
今後は新たな間取りの考案を行います。リノベーション後もパン屋兼住居としての使用を目標に活動しております。
この場所でパン屋を営業したいテナントも募集中です。
A new renovation project in Kyojima begins !
In this project, we will renovate an unoccupied house on the commercial street Kirakira Tachibana in Kyojima, in Tokyo.
This house was also used as a bakery until December 2017.
For the preparation, in February, we spent a whole day to clean this old Taishō-era house.
Next, we will work on the new floor plan layout. We plan to use the new space again as a bakery and a residence.
We are also looking for a tenant who wants to run a bakery in this place.
