愛媛県八幡浜市大島の交流施設の提案。敷地は船の発着場に位置しており、周囲を海や山という美しい自然に囲まれている。私達はこうした豊かな自然を取り入れるために大きな庇を作り、半屋外空間での人々のアクティビティを生み出し、周囲の山や家並みに溶け込みながら島のシンボルとして記憶に残る形状を提案する。

This is a proposal for a community center in Oh-shima, Yawatahama-shi, Ehime, Japan. The site locates beside the port and surrounded by rich natural elements such as mountains and sea. We made the big roof that let those elements flow inside, also enriches the activity in such semi-outdoor space. The building will have the shape that will blend into terrains behind and the housings aside, remaining in people’s memory as a symbol of the place.
